Dear Marisa and Rafa,
here you can find the updated plans. The main changes are the following:

SOTANO:
- re-arrangement of the general layout after the relocation of the stairs.
e.g. open space (espacio diafano) in the center, service rooms (instalaciones, lavanderia, trastero..) on the north side, staff room on the south side, cisterna at the same place. The staff room has been extended a little bit towards south in order to catch light from a skylight above.

PLANTA BAJA:
- resize of the rotated volume: reducing the square meters of the suite, it becomes a normal habitacion  of 18 m² and the suite has been moved upstairs
- relocation of the stairs in the salon-comedor
- addition of a suspended pasillo in the doble espacio that looks towards Formentera
- relocation of the aseo on the left side

PLANTA PRIMERA:
- suite of almost 30 m²
- pasillo / balcony in the center to look at Formentera

Volumes

These images are a study sketch of the volumes.
We are still working on the façades but you can see how the 3 elements are linked:
the dominant doble espacio salon crossed and cut by a stretched volume and the independent rotated suite with its private elevated (+ 1.00 mt) garden.

New Plans

The following plans show some changes in the distribution of the space.
We kept the same concept of having patios or open spaces generated by the volumes of the house but we changed the heights and levels.
In 3D we can read 3 different volumes, each of them with different characters and quality of space.

The first main volume is the double height salon-comedor which represents the principal glass box that keeps together the other volumes.

The second volumes is a perpendicular element with 2 levels that contains cocina and 3 habitacions.
The kitchen is in the ground floor and creates a dialogue with the living room, both facing the swimming pool and outdoor terraces.

The third volume is the suite which is located in the back of the living room, one side of the suite is facing the internal patio and the other side is looking at a private garden.
The suite is an independent volume of 1 floor, raised at 1 meter from ground floor and it has one rotated side that follows the limit of the plot. In this way this volume opens fully the view towards the green area and keeps its independence compared to the rest of the house.

Plans and Sections

Concept

The concept of the project is linear and simple to read.
Starting from a regular volume that fits in the plot, we sliced the rectangle, then moved and shifted the smaller volumes in order to create in-between spaces. The main core of this composition is the double height living room that represents an element that gives order and keeps together the overall plan. The smaller volumes act like pavillions facing intimate patios between each others. The hierarchical relationship between main volume and small pavillions is applied also to the exterior space, in fact the green area with swimming pool in front of the "doble espacio" is wide and embraces totally the view towards Formentera (south - west), while the green areas in the back serve as private and cozy exteriors that play with water ponds and mediterranean plants (north - east).
The access is placed along the east side, while the ramp that leads to the basement is on the north side, creating a clear barrier with the future neighbors.

Site

The special thing of every single house in Ibiza is for sure the location. 

Our goal is to emphasize this peculiarity. 

This site has a wide view towards Formentera and another unique view towards the hills on the north. The design aims to create multiple points of view and outdoor spaces. 

The house will be open as much as possible on the south and east sides. 

On the west and north sides will be placed the entrance to the house, the ramp to the basement and a more intimate patio, defining a clear border with the future neighbors.
